About Us
The Slovak Center for Practice Enterprises (SCCF) offers the following services:
1. Information Services

On request, provides information concerning the establishment of the Practice Enterprise

Offers on-going consultations to the Practice Enterprises (PE) in the areas of organization, pedagogical management and evaluation of the PE subject, and in the area of international business relations

Publishes the list of Practice Enterprises and updates the list according to the actual situation of the PE market
-
Organizes seminars and instruction courses, and managers of the Practice Enterprises are provided with opportunities for further education
-
Information for public is provided by publishing information materials, by way of cooperation with information media and real institutions and entrepreneurs

SCCF supports international cooperation - informs the PE international market about activities of the PEs
-
Ensures the preparation and realization of the Slovak fair of Practice Enterprises

Ensures the cooperation with the foreign Practice Enterprises headquarters and participation of the Slovak PEs at international fairs of Practice Enterprises abroad
2. Business Registry at the Court of SCCF

Controls necessary documents that are essential for registration of the Practice Enterprises in the business registry

Registers the PEs with the business court at the SCCF and provides all necessary services accordingly
-
Ensures controls of the documents which are requested for making the changes in the business registry
3. Trade Office at the SCCF

Monitors topical legislation in the field of Trade Law

Registers and issues the trade authorization for simulated enterprise activities

Controls the observance of the Trade Law
4. Tax Office at the SCCF

Monitors the amendments of the tax laws

Issues Registration and Tax Identification Number (VAT) Certificates
-
On request of the training company, issues the certificates of Registration of the Value Added Taxpayer (VAT Tax ID) according to a valid law
5. Centrobanka – Bank at the SCCF

Opens the bank accounts for the Practice Enterprises

Implements regular bank operations - eg issues the account statements, bank fees charges and so on
-
Keeps payroll accounts of the Practice Enterprise employees
-
Ensures the interbanking connections within Slovakia and abroad
-
Keeps the accounts of Social and Health Care Insurance at SCCF and Employment Fund and Customs Office at SCCF
6. Social and Health Care Insurance
-
Registers the application forms and monthly accounts of lawful payments for health insurance, pension, health care insurance and employment fund
7. Customs Office
-
Was established in the context of the conversion of the excise tax administration from tax offices to the customs offices. In its competence is the excise tax administration for Practice Enterprises.

In the case of the Practice Enterprises trading with the third countries; (out of the EU-territory eg USA, Australia) the customs office provides for Practice Enterprises the customs process by importing or exporting the supplies.
